This is a great tripod! Lightweight, but still solidly constructed. The precision-crafted ballhead operates smoothly. The locking mechanisms throughout the tripod, from the leg clips to the top plate, all engage quickly and securely. And transforming the center column into the extension arm is simple and easy to execute.
Please note: do NOT overextend the arm - there is a stop point indicated. Or you could replace the end-cap with a hook and put a counterbalance weight it.
In my honest opinion, this is a solid and versatile tripod, and would be a great addition to anyone's kit! Happy shopping!!
