This works great for simple macro. But If you want super macro, keep your lens on as normal get an old 50 mm fd mount lens (real cheap these days), get a coupling ring to connect both lenses together filter end to filter end. You will get a very very macro lens setup. It will give you an extremely low depth of field, so you will need to take multiple shots with slight variations of focus and then use a stacking program like Zerene Stacker, Helicon Focus or use Photoshop which also has a very good stacking option. Or you can photograph very flat items. You will need lots of patience for "creative macro".I write reviews because I want to help other people make decisions.
