Purchased this 8/15/2019 to determine if critter who dug hole through our internet cable was a protected gopher tortoise, or not. Happily it proved to be an ordinary possum and I was able to fill in the hole. Put it away for six months then decided to see what wildlife was passing through backyard. All went well for nearly five months until I brought it in (which I do weekly) to download latest pics. When I opened camera water seeped out. Thought it might have been water on case, until I found more wet places inside camera and then when I removed the SD card I even found water on that. Can't believe this was actually certified as IP 66, which stipulates "Protected from high pressure water jets from any direction." What a waste of money to have something fail like this.

I got this just to see what's been walking around my back yard. I'm hoping to catch a mountain lion. The camera is solid. It survived a hail storm the second night I had it out. As you can see, picture quality is alright. For the price tag, it's a nice camera.

Like the clarity of the picture. So far no dislikes, great camera for keeping an eye on property, animals or otherwise.

One of the two clips that holds the camera closed, thus making is weather proof broke off after 1 year and only light use. The plastic that the clip attached to is so thin that it can't be repaired with superglue. So now it's a fair weather camera. The picture quality and night vision is decent- no complaints there at all. For the price, it's probably still worth seriously considering.

The camera camera in quality printed packaging. It comes with the camera, mounting plate (to mount up in a tree), a mounting belt to secure it around a tree, USB cable, a simple operating instruction manual and a full instruction manual. This trail camera has a nice camouflage design so it blends in well. Motion detection and night vision work pretty good. Another great feature is that it has a locking hole to secure the SD card from theft. This is an important feature because there is a lot of foot traffic where we have the camera and it helps prevent theft.

The camera was easy to set up, the most confusing part was how or when to set the camera to activate, that was trial and error for me. I made a few mistakes, reprogrammed and it works great now! Very happy with this camera. When I first set it up, it worked immediately, no trouble at all. Avoid taking too many videos as it will fill your SD card up pretty quickly. Enjoy seeing what shows up, I'm using primarily as a watch dog at the farm for predators, so I can see what I'm up against, not hunting, so my needs vary a little. More daytime photos, but the night images are just as clear, couldn't be happier.

This camera works better than advertised. Couldn’t be happier. Initially I was worried about battery life but they last quite a while. I have it set to 1080p and 15 second videos and they last about a month getting 10-15 clips per night. I’m using a smaller memory card so that will fill up pretty quick and require you to check the camera more often. I like being able to review pic and video on the camera without having to remove the card and plug into my pc. So far no complaints.
