I purchased this camera for my 6 yr old after he spent weeks earning it with good behavior. Upon arrival the camera did not start up after charging for hours. Instead of exchanging and my son waiting even longer for Amazon to receive the defective one before a new one is sent, I ordered another one and started the return process for the defective one separately.We received the new camera and it worked PERFECTLY! All his little friends wanted one and my son took pride in being able to take his own photos and videos of our little family trips.Then a few days ago the camera and video buttons stopped working during a day of hiking. It’s not functional as a camera anymore. He can still view the pictures and videos in his photo album, and play games, but he’s really upset about his camera not working after such a short period of time. He kept it in his carrying case and took great care of it too! I can’t exchange it anymore either, since we are over the time-frame.Basically, make sure your child will be ok with receiving a defective camera, or that it may stop working in the middle of a fun family adventure :(

My 4 years old got this cute camera as her birthday gift, everything was working very well for the first hour of use but after that, the memory card is not working out of anywhere! We’re disappointed and we couldn’t return it!Edition: great customer service. They contacted me from customer service, offered me a full refund due to the SD card problem. we replaced the memory card with a new one and the camera is working perfectly!

I was surprised by its quality and accessories. Works well under the water. Very light and it’s easy to use. My 4 year old could do everything by himself easily. Cute picture frames and great features. Definitely recommend it.

Camara is perfect for my kid. Also the sd card was part of the camera and save me lot of money. I recomend this for any child ages from 4years to 12 years. Easy to charge and mount on tripod. Good for pool and diving with the kids.
