The watch is perfect it’s a fit smart watch it’s almost a knock off of fit bit! You can look at text messages and see who’s calling but unable to reply or answer from the watch itself. I’m connected to my iPhone 7+ Great watch for the price, you change the setting on the app (da fit). The screen is not a touch screen just the far bottom you tap to swipe through the setting and hold down to select.

I was very pleasantly surprised by all the features included in this smart watch. It not only tracks steps and calories burned, but also takes blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation. It pairs with my smartphone and i get all the notifications that I wish to have communicated by application, including text messages. It's comfortable. It's waterproof. I don't have to worry when doing the dishes or bathing the kids that I need to take the watch off. There are two choices for bands, either black or navy. I'd recommend this for someone looking to get a good value for their money.

This health tracker has it all. It has date, time, day, Pedometer and heart rate on front for easy to see.This is great because when st the gym I can see messages if my husband or kids need me. I don’t keep my phone on me so this is wonderful.My steps are now counted correctly as I wear this instead of picking up and putting down my phone.And it monitors my sleep patterns to make the health issue even stronger.I get to see how many Valerie’s are burned by workouts and rates.This has it all.
