This is a great ND filter. I like that you can choose how dark you want it to go. It twists effortlessly. It feels very high quality and worked well for my purposes. I used it to photograph water. This is my fist ND filter. It comes with a nice plastic case that you can store it in so it won't break. The filter did not affect the quality of my photos nor the color. I used this on a Canon Rebel t3i. I am very impressed with this product, especially at this price. It also comes with a cleaning cloth for your lens that I always keep with me when I'm on the go so I don't have to use my shirt. I would definitely recommend this to anyone taking long exposures. It is a nice piece of equipment to have. I really like the effect it makes, I have always wondered how people do that, and now I know. Use it on my 50mm lens it was an item that was missing there it was variable, I don't have to carry more lenses.Recommend.

Long exposure. At first I hardly used it, now I'm a huge fan. I shopped around and found the perfect tripod (carbon-fiber Manfrotto, also great). When that arrived, I mentioned to my friend I was planning on getting waterfalls with a slow shutter speed, and he said, "You gotta ND filter, right?" I knew I had a trip up to Letchworth coming up that weekend. That evening I rushed onto Amazon, shopped around, and found this product. Perfect size for my Zeiss 50mm and 35mm!I didn't really get the chance to mess with this ND filter until I arrived at Letchworth and wow was I blown away! The crisp rolling ring and the crisp shade of black make this such an incredible product. So worth the price! I'm blown away by how it doesn't degrade the quality of my captures my lenses can get.I love long exposure now. With my lightweight tripod and my filter, I can only grow.I included a picture of a covered bridge in Cuyahoga Valley National Park taken with this filter. It was a eight second shutter speed.

Awesome, I use this on my Canon Vixia Hf G20. Works perfectly for filming videos. I film a lot outside and normally set my aperture to f2.8 which is pretty bright and this allows me to film that wide some times I go to f1.8 also. I bought a 62mm aluminum wide angle lens hood and it works great. Highly recommend.

Great for taking outdoor flash photography without sacrificing aperture settings. Good if you want to keep that shallow depth of field without overexposing.

This filter comes with its own case which I must say protects it extremely well! The build quality is really good and rotating the slider is super smooth. Setting this up on your DSLR is really simple, all you have to do is screw it on your existing lens (I used a Canon Rebel T2I). Here are the PROS, CONS, and CONCLUSIONS;PROS:-Beautiful build quality-Super smooth while rotating the density-Works really well with practice, just make sure you're focused because rotating the slider might catch you off focus.-Comes with a micro fiber cloth! HUGE bonus, you cannot go wrong with extras.CONS:I haven't found any yetCONCLUSION:You'll end up liking this fader, very versatile depending on what you're doing. I would really recommend this fader because I really enjoyed mine (still do!). I had never used a ND filter before, and I liked the idea of the variability of this filter. It eliminates the need to purchase multiple filters for different densities. I have used it several times, and am very pleased with the results. It's easy and straightforward to use. I am not a professional photographer, but I do like to experiment with different equipment. I do a lot of hiking with my camera gear, and everyone knows that nature is a great subject to shoot. This filter has added some additional depth to my gear, and I am glad I made the purchase.
