These are very good value. The image is clear across the field of view and there is little CA; the coatings are doing their job well. For being a non ED glass, they perform well and compare well against my more expensive established makes. They will fit in a biggish pocket, but do come with a reasonable bag and strap.Update 24 Feb 18 : now with more time to use these back to back with other more expensive makes, there is a noticeable lack of sharpness at the edges. This is not really bad, but can be seen. Considering they are a third of the cost, they are still a good value for money. I have dropped one star.

Clear optics giving a great image.Smooth / damped adjustments.Compact with solid construction with no dodgy finishing inside the barrels like I've seen on other budget bins.

Very happy with these binoculars. Great for bird watching - great light & not too heavy. Bought these for my grandaughter for christmas. The only fault is the instructions they are in ?Chinese. Otherwise it would have been 4 stars

The box it came in looked a bit cheap, but the binoculars are not! I would say great value on these. Very happy with these guys, exactly as described.

Prior to a safari l was looking for a pair of binoculars but didn't want to pay a fortune and needed a relatively light weight pair. After days of searching l settled on the K&F. These proved fantastic and were just as good as the far more expensive items that were available to share on the safari. They survived the journeys (flights) and the off road drives etc. These were fine for both my wife and l and for the coat l would recommend. I am no specialist but l couldn't see a difference between these and the a more expensive pair with larger lens 8 x 40 in both bright and dark light conditions. I haven't used in the rain or dropped in water so cannot comment on this. - These are relatively new and only used for a 2 week holiday so time will tell how robust they are but they appear fine for now.

Used for whale watching in the San Francisco Bay . They were amazing , didn't fog up ! Light weight . Easy to adjust for viewing .
