Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve had with a hunting product, period. We have had several different cellular game cameras over the years. We’ve had issues with most of them (BUSHNELL, SPYPOINT) and we ended up so frustrated we went looking for other options. That’s when we found CreativeXP, an American company, and what a HUGE difference. The husband and wife team run the show and personally respond to emails. Elizabeth has immediately responded to any and all of my questions over the past few years. I bought a camera 2 years ago that gave me issues. She always walked me through troubleshooting and in the long run replaced it with a newer version at a reduced cost. These are good people, entrepreneurs who are hands on, knee deep and doing customer service right for once in an industry that’s been lacking that aspect for quite some time. i bought my camera after i had a theft at my deer property it is a little tough to get things set up app does not work with verizon atleast i cant get it to . customer service has been slow i put my camera up last week and it was set on 5 min intervals by mistake so it takes picture every 5 minutes could not shut camera off with app so my free 500 pics gone just like that. got email saying i was only allowed 50 pics a day with sim hero card. the mounting bracket is not very easy to use and made very cheap. i went with this camera because i cant get verizon signal where i am and att works well pictures do come through fast once i get the bugs worked out i will be pleased with it and will probably add another. the one upsetting thing is i paid 329 from amazon and you can get from creative website for 279

so far its been a great camara my wife purchaced for christmas. i added a few night pictures as i havent got anything during the day yet but it takes nice pics. i do have the res to low to save space as soon as i get back to camara i will try the high res photos as well as turn up sensativity to medium its on low now. its only been a few weeks but its worked great so far. i did the sim hero setup instead of trying a local cell company and it was easy to get it up and running. i did have to use my gmail cause my hotmail i couldnt get to work with sim hero. thank you creative xp! thank you, howard

I bought this for out in the woods but figured i would play with it around the house first and its awesome cant wait to take out in the wood and put on my trails to find that big buck.

My husband loves this camera. He says the trigger speed and distance are way better than any camera he’s owned. Picture and video quality are awesome. He also has friends who purchased and love it. Great product

We used this camera for a property located too far away from civilization for internet based monitoring so we signed up for the 4g texting service. It took me a minute to figure out but once I had it set up, it worked just fine. We receive photos of the motion/activity and just today there was someone at the house without permission and we made it there before they left. It's paid off so far, would recommend it!

Easy to use and setup as compared to other cellular models. Purchased two reolink and returned them for this unit. Love it. You can see what photo your taking on in the back. The reolink was junk.
