bough these on a (drunken) whim and do not regret it at all lol. these are definitely fun filters and are great for creative expression and pure experimentation. and yes, while you can achieve similar effects through software... sometimes it's just fun to go out and shoot without *that much* post-processing. i attached some tests i did with these filters- 1st pic is filters (+ flash), 2nd pic is bw with different flashes used for the grey filter, 3rd pic is normal/no filters being used at all, just for a ~natural lighting~ comparison. note that i used flash for these... so far, i've noticed that these filters are best used WITH flash on.
