A great camera at a great price

Used the camera to see what kind of animals are in our backyard since we live next to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Easy to set up and works in area of weak signal. See our picture of bear checking out new camera!

First, this camera is at the top of my list for picture quality and triggering quick photos of birds, and quickly moving deer. Very little blur and great night photos. I have not had a quality camera like this in quite some time.The lower rating comes from 3 areas:1. User guide is fair but does not cover all the areas of the cellular config. It does not explain well enough that the "set-it-and-forget-it" configuration limits you to a set amount of pictures per day. This forces you to configure your own SMTP settings which aren't described in the manual. This leads to my second concern.2. While I did usually receive a text or call back, it was typically at least 2 days before my concerns were acknowledged. Because I live hours away from where this camera is setup, I was unable to complete my setup onsite and had to have other people not as knowledgable in the game camera technology try and attempt to navigate through these small menus and clicks (older gentleman) which was less than ideal. There should be some type of remote configuration app that allows configuration changes to be pushed to the camera or better customer service. I understand it's a small shop and resources are limited, but premium prices require premium customer service.3. The biggest pain point for me is the fact that the battery life is abysmal. I would not purchase this camera again for this very reason. My brand new batteries (12AA) lasted only 40 days and only took just under 400 pictures during that timeframe. I've had to purchase an additional 12V solar-charged battery pack to keep the camera going.Bottom line is that if you have ample money to keep batteries in this camera, it's great, hands down best photos I've seen from a cell game cam. The configuration and customer support are mangeable but for almost $400 plus consistently purchasing batteries or an additional battery pack, I would look elsewhere for a camera that allows remote management and better battery life.

this is my first creative xp cam but not first cell trail cam ive tried several other brand units with mixed feelingsthis unit does cost a bit more than its competitors but if it continues to work as it has so far it will be worth the money.it is very addicting checking pics each day from home very enjoyable when it worksif you havent tryed one and love hunting or wildlife watching give it a try this unit is looking good so far been in field for 5 days and ive received pics every day via text message. it has lots if settings to play with and so far customer service has been fast and top notch quality way above their competitors thanks

This camera has an Lifetime warranty. Cosmo makes you tube videos for easy set up. The picture are clear and I received them on my phone within a minute. Great camera, great customer service!

I like the ability to remotely view property. The camera works well and has good storage capability. Battery usage is relatively high so get the solar panel. I wish I could change setting remotely. When it is windy you get many false triggers.

Its working well for now only had it for a couple months need a couple years to see how well it holds up.

The product seems to have decent quality features. As I am on first setting this camera up. It is really hard to give 5stars without using it first. Eas of access is pretty much straight forward. I still have questions on abbreviations on the menu screen I am excited to be using this product for my hunting and fishing guide service. They recommend Panasonic Eneloop pro AA batteries for rechargeable and solar.

Setup was easy for this camera. Put it on a spot where we have minerals out. Got pictures with no problems. Night photos were grainy but adequate. Day photos were excellent. Playing with settings to see what suits my needs the best and improve night photos. Motion detection operation is outstanding. It is sensitive. Overall this is a great trail camera.
